Dr. Ross is Associate Professor in the Early Childhood and Childhood Education Department at Lehman College, City University of New York. She came to Lehman in 1999 after completing her Ed.D. at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her responsibilities include teaching in the Graduate Childhood Education program and serving as a liaison for an elementary PDS school as well as co-chairing the PDS Executive Council which oversees the governance of the College PDS partnerships.

Prior to coming to Lehman, Dr. Ross was an instructor in the Graduate Childhood Program at Teachers College, Columbia University while simultaneously finishing her dissertation. She was also a New York City public school teacher for nine years.
